Poor Man'S Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lake trout or salmon, skinned and cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks (2 to 3 each person)
    whole unpeeled potato (one for each person)
    whole onion, peeled but do not cut ends (one for each person)
    peeled carrots (1 or 2 each, depending on size)
Preparation
    You will need a 20-gallon pot with a lift out basket (smaller, if you have a small group).
