Shrimp Or Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 stalks chopped celery
    4 bread slices
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
    4 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions,
    celery
    and bell pepper until clear; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and garlic powder and cook for 5 minutes.\tAdd mushroom soup and
    water; this is to be cooked a while longer. Soak bread in\twater,\tsqueeze
    water out and break into small pieces;
    add to cooked mixture.\tThen add crawfish or shrimp, rice and parsley. Cook 10 minutes; finally, pour into 2 quart buttered casserole and sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.\tBake uncovered at 450\u00b0 until brown.
