Mother'S Summer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. V-8 juice
    1 can jellied consomme
    Lemon juice, to taste
    1/2 peeled cucumber, chunked
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
    Chill. Spoon into soup bowls and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
    Serves 3.
