Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat (on lean side)
1 (No. 2) can diced carrots
1 (No. 2) can small onions
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (whole)
1 (No. 2) can tiny peas
1 (No. 2) can small green beans (not French)
1/2 can beef consomme
4 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared bread crumbs
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain all vegetables except tomatoes. Add in order listed. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours with cover.
