Savory Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3-4 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. hot water
    Chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
    Brown in a skillet over medium heat; drain. For sauce, mix the soup and water together and pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    These are super served on a bed of noodles or rice.
