Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. salsa
    2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and drain.
    Mix with the next 4 ingredients.
    Place 4 uncooked noodles into a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
    Spread 1/2 of beef mixture over noodles, then place 4 more noodles.
    Spread remaining beef mixture over noodles.
    Then put 4 more noodles on top.
    Mix water and salsa and pour over the top of noodles.
    Let sit overnight in fridge.
    The next day, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until noodles are tender.
    Then mix sour cream, green onions and black olives.
    Spread over lasagna and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.\tVERY DELICIOUS!
