Thick And Chewy Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 pkg. or 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup of water with yeast and sugar.
    Let stand until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
    Put flour, oil and salt in food processor and process about 5 seconds with steel blade.
    Add yeast mixture and process until blended, about 10 seconds.
    Turn on processor and drizzle just enough water through feed tube so dough forms a ball that cleans the side of bowl.
    Process so that the ball turns around about 25 times.
    Put dough ball onto a 14-inch greased pizza pan or large cookie sheet.
