Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Mix with sugar, vanilla, vinegar and eggs. Add coconut, nuts and raisins.
Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
