Spicy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet(s) with foil.
    Spray foil with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Scrub potatoes and cut into spears (about 1/2-inch).
    Place in single layer on foil.
    Drizzle butter over potatoes, then sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
    Cover potatoes with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4.
