Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 to 4 Tbsp. light cream
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend together dates, walnuts and peanut butter.
    Shape into small balls about 1-inch diameter.
    Make a thin icing with the confectioners sugar and cream.
    Roll ball in icing and then in flaked coconut.
    Let stand until the icing is set.
    May be served after chilling or place in covered dish and stored in the refrigerator.
