No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. stew meat
    2 lbs. carrots, sliced
    3 lg. potatoes, cut in medium cubes
    6-8 sm. boiling onions, whole
    1 can cream of mushroom soup and equal amt. of water
    1 can tomato soup and equal amt. of water
    1 can onion soup and equal amt. of water
    1 medium can mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 c. dry red wine
    2 cloves garlic, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven or other oven-proof pan.
    There is no need to brown the meat.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 4 - 4-1/2 hours, covered.
    DO NOT OPEN THE LID DURING COOKING TIME.
