Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red beans
2 large onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. spicy pan sausage (mild or hot)
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 meaty ham bone
Preparation
-
Soak beans for several hours or overnight.
Cover with water; cook with ham bone, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook beans until tender, then add sausage that has been fried and drained.
Cook beans until done.
