Low-Fat Brownie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. prune plum filling
    1 1/4 c. water
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray and set aside.
    Place filling, water, egg whites and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.
