Southern Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread cubes
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. seedless raisins (other fruit may be used)
    2 c. whole milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Place in shallow 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve with whipped cream, lemon sauce or vanilla ice cream.
