Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry wine
2 c. diced, cooked turkey breast
3 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. cooked vermicelli or very thin spaghetti
Preparation

In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
Blend in soup, water, cheese and sherry.
Heat until cheese melts.
Stir now and then.
Add turkey, pimientos, parsley and cooked vermicelli or spaghetti.
Heat.
Serves 4.
