Extra Light Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 oz.) potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
    4 tsp. light nondairy creamer
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart size mixing bowl, dissolve water, Butter Buds and creamer; add potatoes.
    Using an electric hand mixer, mix on whip speed until fluffy.
