Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 ripe tomatoes
8 red sweet peppers
4 green hot peppers
1 c. sugar
5 large onions
salt to taste
5 c. vinegar
pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Chop vegetables fine.
Add rest of ingredients and cook all together, stirring frequently, for 2 1/4 hours or until thick. Seal in sterilized pint jars.
