Fruit Salad Bowl(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. pineapple juice or 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 small apple
    1 medium peach
    3/4 c. halved strawberries
    1/2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. fresh or unsweetened pineapple
    mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Place juice in bowl. Chop or slice unpeeled apple into juice to prevent darkening.
    Peel peach and cut into small chunks.
    Add to juice mixture.
    Add remaining fruits and gently combine. Refrigerate until serving time.
    Garnish with mint or strawberries.
