Clam Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can clams, drained and chopped or minced
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine clams, cream cheese, onions and parsley.
Add 2 tablespoons sour cream or enough to spread on crackers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
