Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. cut-up cooked chicken
    13 1/2 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
Preparation
    Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, oil, flour and salt; mix well.
    Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
    Add chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts and ginger; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
