Ten Minute Lollipops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box flavored gelatin (cherry, strawberry, orange, etc.)
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add corn syrup and sugar. Cook to 275\u00b0 or about 7 minutes. Make sure there are no lumps. Once cooked to 275\u00b0 or 7 minutes, add gelatin. Stir until well blended. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and place lollipop stick in center. Let cool completely and remove. Cover with plastic paper and tie ribbons around them. Very simple and fun.
