Beef And Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. round steak
    3 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 onion (medium)
    1 small green pepper
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    1 box beef flavored rice
Preparation
    Cut beef and chicken in bite size pieces, saute in skillet until browned, then add garlic salt, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and 1/4 cup water and let simmer 15 minutes.
    Then add vegetables and remaining sauce, let simmer 15 minutes longer.
    Cook rice according to directions on box, serve mixture over rice.
