Deluxe Cow Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter, (crunchy)
3 c. oats
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
Stir until dissolved.
Add coconut and peanut butter. Drop on waxed paper with teaspoon.
Let cool. makes about 2 dozen cookies.
