Frozen Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
12 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cream salt, sugar and cream cheese together.
Add egg yolks and mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
Pour into container lined with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top with crumbs.
Freeze until firm.
