Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    enough milk to make 1/2 c. liquid
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar and salt mixture.
    Beat egg in measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Add with vinegar to shortening mixture.
    This makes about 3 pie crusts.
    The vinegar in the crust gives it a nice bronze color when cooked.
