Shrimp, Herbs And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined
    4 oz. angel hair pasta (uncooked)
    1/2 c. butter plus 1 Tbsp.
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain, set aside and keep
    warm.
    In
    a
    large
    cast-iron
    skillet,
    melt butter over medium-high heat and add shrimp, garlic and onion. Cook, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes.
    Remove shrimp and set aside, then add the half and half to the garlic and onions in skillet; bring to a
    boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, continuing to
    stir.
    Return
    shrimp
    and add parsley and seasonings; stir
    until
    blended.
    Serve
    over
    the cooked pasta. Yield: 2 servings.
