Doughnuts(Cake Type) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and milk.
    Sift flour; add baking powder, salt, soda, cinnamon and cloves.
    Sift twice more.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture gradually and beat well.
    Chill. Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut and fry.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Roll in sugar.
    Makes about 40 doughnuts.
