Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
3 Tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend for 15 seconds.
For medium-large pancakes, use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and bake on lightly oiled griddle or skillet, turning once, until golden brown.
