Stuffed Hasu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 sections Hasu, sliced into 1/4-inch thickness
    1 lb. hamburger or ground chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1/4 tsp. ajinomoto (optional)
    chopped green onions
Preparation
    Spread\tapproximately 1 tablespoon of mix on each slice of Hasu
    and
    flatten.
    Dip in flour, then egg and fry in oil until brown.
