Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (small) macaroni
    1 lb. sharp cheese (white works best), cubed
    1 sleeve soda crackers, crushed
    2 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter
    milk (see directions)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Put in casserole dish with cubed cheese and all but approximately 1 cup crushed crackers.
    Pour milk over all so ingredients are approximately 3/4 covered.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with remaining crackers mixed with melted butter.
    Cover casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and uncovered approximately 1 hour.
