Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. toasted buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and water with rest of ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
