Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground round
1 large onion
garlic powder
garlic salt
celery (optional)
3 cans bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 c. soy sauce
1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation

In a large boiler, brown chuck and round.
Add large onion. Add garlic powder, garlic salt and celery.\tAdd bean sprouts. Next add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
Add soy sauce.
Pour into large baking pan.
Sprinkle noodles on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
