Russian Borache(Beet Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 canner full shredded beets
    3/4 head cabbage, shredded
    7 onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 to 5 lb. pork
Preparation
    Shred all vegetables.
    Add pork, salt, pepper and vinegar; cover with water.
    Cook 3 hours.
    Remove pork; cut into small pieces.
    Return to soup after it stops boiling.
    Add 2 pints sour cream.
