Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. leg of lamb
    salt and pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    sprigs rosemary
Preparation
    Wash leg of lamb and pat dry.
    Use sharp knife to make small holes in lamb.
    Cut garlic in slices and place a slice in each hole.
    Put small sprigs of rosemary in hole with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Roast in a covered roaster at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until done to your liking.
