Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. flour
5 c. diced apples
2 c. Spanish peanuts
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
Preparation

Cook over medium heat until thick the reserved pineapple juice, egg, sugar, vinegar and flour.
Refrigerate to cool.
When this mixture is cool, combine with all other ingredients.
Chill several hours before serving.
