Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread or pizza dough
    1 lb. Italian sausage, crumbled
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage in loose pieces.
    Add chopped onion and pepper. Saute over low heat until tender.
    Drain grease; set aside.
    Roll out dough.
    Place sausage and vegetables on top of the dough.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle on onion and/or garlic salt to taste.
    Roll up dough.
    Brush top with beaten egg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
