Omelet(For 6 To 8 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded hash brown potatoes, browned
    6 to 8 eggs, beaten
    green diced peppers
    diced onions
    diced mushrooms
    a few strips bacon, fried, or cut ham
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown hash brown potatoes on both sides.
    Place in bottom of baking dish.
    Beat eggs; pour over hash browns, then layer green peppers over the eggs, then also onions and mushrooms.
    Fry a few strips of bacon or cut ham and layer over that and add shredded cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts and browns and eggs are cooked.
