Ham And Asparagus Bows - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bow tie, corkscrew macaroni or other small pasta
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus or broccoli
1 (6 oz.) pkg. low sodium, low-fat, thinly sliced, cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 (8 oz.) soft style cream cheese with chives and onion
1/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling water in large Dutch oven according to the package directions, except add the frozen asparagus or broccoli the last 5 minutes and the ham the last minute of the cooking time.
Drain and return to the pan.
