Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced beets
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook until thickened, except the beets.
    When thickened, pour over diced beets and stir together.
