Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 large can whole kernel corn, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/3 to 1/2 c. water (use corn liquid)
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook beef until crumbly and drain.
    Add corn, onion, bell pepper and taco seasoning mix to meat.
    Stir in water and simmer.
