Deer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. Tender Quick (Morton's)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix and form in rolls; wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add 2 cups hot water to baking dish.
    Bake 1
    1/2 hours.
    Drain rolls and re-wrap for freezer.
