Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs plus 4 yolks
    1 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, yolks and sugar at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Add cornmeal, flour, lemon juice and rind. Mix well.
    Pour into pie crust and bake 30 minutes.
    Allow to cool to room temperature.
