Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped prunes
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend sugar and oil.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla, prunes and nuts.
Bake in buttered and floured pan for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
