Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped topping or whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
In small mixer bowl, beat egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 8 minutes.
Cool.
Top with whipped topping.
Freeze 4 hours.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Freeze leftovers.
Makes 6 to 9 servings.
