Horseradish Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 carrots, boiled and sliced
1/4 c. water
1 small chopped onion
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place carrots in buttered casserole.
Combine water, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour over carrots. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter or margarine. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until hot (about 20 minutes).
