Aunt Elsie'S Rhubarb Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    yolk of 2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    piece of butter about the size of walnut
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix with beater 2 egg yolks, sugar, flour and butter until creamy.
    Then add milk and mix.
    Add the rhubarb and stir.
    Pour this mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 minutes and then 15 more minutes at 375\u00b0 until set like custard.
