Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. salsa
    2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
    2 1/4 oz. black olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. green olives, chopped
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion, green pepper and garlic until tender and rice is brown.
    Stir in water, bouillon and salsa.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender.
    Stir in olives, green onion and cilantro.
