Pumpkin Pie(Dietetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
sweetener (3/4 c. sugar)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. ginger
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
2 c. nonfat evaporated milk
pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine pumpkin, sweetener, salt and spices thoroughly.
Blend in eggs and both milks.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve cool.
