Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. pared and sliced tart apples
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cornstarch. Add alternately with apple slices in pastry shell.
Cover with sour cream.
Sprinkle topping over pie and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
