John'S Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. strawberry jam
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir all dry ingredients. Combine eggs, oil and milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix gently.
    Gently fold in jam and spoon in greased muffin tins or papers.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Yields approximately 18 muffins.
